Refunds will be automatically processed to the bank account or credit card that the order was made with.
If you have a new card number or the original card expired, but the account it is tied to remains active, your refund should return to that account without any issues.
If your bank account or credit card account has been closed, your payment will be rejected and will bounce back to Songkick. In the event that this happens, we will then get in touch to make alternative arrangements for you to receive your refund.
For compliance reasons we are not able to issue the refund to a different bank account unless the transaction fails, in which case we will be in contact to make alternative arrangements for you to receive your refund. We’re sorry that we’re not able to be more flexible here, but we hope this gives some context.
For people receiving the funds back to a credit card who have questions about transferring the funds to a different account, they will need to contact their credit card company to make arrangements. We’re not able to advise how this will affect any existing balance on your credit card.
